JOB DESCRIPTION: * Oversee daily rental and service shop operations to drive fleet readiness, revenue performance, safety, and customer satisfaction * Manage daily workflow, prioritize operational needs, and ensure efficient use of resources * Review and analyze operational and financial metrics to support sound decision‑making and branch performance * Coordinate fleet availability, maintenance, and repair activities to meet customer demand * Lead, coach, and support both union and non‑union employees while fostering a positive, compliant work environment * Ensure adherence to Safety and EPA standards across all branch operations * Collaborate closely with Service, Operations, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure smooth internal workflows * Deliver a reliable, high‑quality rental and service experience for customers * Drive improvements in branch efficiency, employee engagement, and overall customer experience RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS: * High School Diploma or equivalent required. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field, preferred. * 7–10+ years of progressive experience in rental operations, service/shop management, or related heavy equipment industry leadership roles. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written. * Prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word.
