Rental Consultant Role Responsibilities: As a Rental Consultant at Smith Automotive Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities include: Customer Service: Greeting and assisting customers with rental inquiries. Providing information about available vehicles, rates, and rental policies. Handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently. Vehicle Management: Inspecting and maintaining rental vehicles to ensure they are clean, fueled, and in excellent condition. Coordinating vehicle availability and scheduling. Sales and Upselling: Promoting additional services (e.g., insurance, upgrades) to enhance the rental experience. Meeting sales targets and contributing to revenue growth. Documentation: Accurately completing rental agreements and paperwork. Managing records related to rentals, damages, and returns. Problem Resolution: Addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally. Resolving any issues related to rentals or vehicle performance. Requirements Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have: Customer-Centric Attitude A friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills. Ability to build rapport with customers. Attention to Detail: Thoroughness in handling paperwork and rental processes. A keen eye for vehicle cleanliness and maintenance. Sales Acumen: Confidence in upselling services. Comfortable meeting sales targets. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility with work hours (including weekends). Valid Driver’s License: Required for test drives and moving vehicles. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and move around the rental lot. Lift and carry items (such as car keys or paperwork) up to 20 pounds. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Hourly pay + Monthly Bonus!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Responsibilities
