About the Role As the Rentals Sales Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the administrative functions of our Rentals operations. You’ll work closely with the Rentals Manager, providing vital support in financial management, inventory coordination, reporting, and sales administration. Key Responsibilities Coordinate collection of rental receivables and support debtor management. Process supplier invoices and purchase orders accurately. Assist with capital expenditure requests and operational processes. Maintain SOP flows, unit prep instructions, and inventory documentation. Ensure equipment specifications align with site requirements. Manage battery and charger network records and inventory adjustments. Participate in management meetings and support national customer invoicing. Provide weekly updates on rental transitions and performance metrics. Report on rental forecasts, actual invoicing, and gross profit summaries. Prepare rental sales packs and coordinate supply schedules. Liaise with Corporate Account Sales and National Assets teams. Prepare monthly commission summaries for rental deals. What You’ll Bring Proven industry experience in administration or coordination roles. Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
