As part of our high-performing Service Department, you’ll help keep our guests on the road — managing our loaner and rental fleet, coordinating service traffic flow, and ensuring every customer has a five-star experience. What You’ll Do Rental / Loaner Coordination Greet service guests and explain loaner/rental procedures. Verify driver’s license and insurance, complete agreements, and handle check-out/check-in. Track mileage, fuel, and condition of vehicles; coordinate cleaning and maintenance. Manage availability and reservations to ensure smooth daily operations. Service Dispatch Assign repair orders to technicians based on skill and workload. Maintain shop flow to meet daily production goals. Communicate repair status updates with advisors and customers. Ensure accurate documentation for warranty and policy compliance. Requirements What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of experience in automotive service, rentals, or dispatching (dealership experience preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and attention to detail. Proficiency with DMS or service scheduling systems.
