Job Details Job Location: Merrillville, IN 46410 Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00 Hourly Travel Percentage: Negligible Job Description – Rental Coordinator Vacuum Truck Rentals, LLC, is one of the largest vacuum truck rental companies in the U.S. with a fleet of more than 1000 pieces of equipment and 18 locations nationwide. With a strong emphasis on the customer experience and a 24/7 service guarantee, we are seeking a Office Coordinator / Rental Coordinator in our Merrillville, IN office. The Rental Coordinator will help coordinate rentals and sales operations including, but not limited to, answering calls, customer communications, processing credit and rental agreements and more. Responsibilities associated with this position include: - Assist in answering incoming calls. - Assist Branch Manager with sales activities. - Assist with billing, invoicing and collection. - Order and oversee office inventory and supplies. - Oversee insurance verification. - Other general and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications The ideal candidate should hold a High School Diploma or GED; College degree preferred. Minimum of 4 years in an office setting with rental/equipment strongly preferred. Knowledge of MS Excel and Word a must. Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task. Must have strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable, regular transportation is required.
