We are looking for a full time member of staff to work based at our Sudbury and Halstead branches.
Hours will be split over both branches depending on the what is required.
Your solo role will only take place at the Sudbury branch to oversea the day to day tasks that is needed to operate a branch, you may also be the only member of staff there at times to deal with vehicle collections from customers.
But you will work as part of a team when you are at our Halstead branch.
Your duties will include jointly managing web bookings, phone calls bookings and customer enquiries taking customer information and validating they meet criteria of hiring the vehicle, ie do they meet insurance needs, you will carry out license checks as part of this duty.
We rent out cars and vans so you will be required to drive between branches, move them and bring them to our customer at check out, at hand over you will need to record any damage that check fuel levels etc including asking them to sign before handing over completely.
Customer service skills are vital to do this job and you must have people skills, we cannot operate if you do no have these basic skills.
This job is a varied role with multiple tasks, you will need to multi task at certain times.

Pay: £12.21-£12.50 per hour
