Description

Description Budget is looking for a Rental Agent for our Overland Park, KS location. Rental Agents are the face of our business and finalize customer rental reservations while providing exceptional customer service. Other duties include inventory, callbacks, car washing, and auditing paperwork. Store hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with some half-days on the weekends. Requirements Must be 18+ All of our representatives must be certified to drive; must have a valid driver's license Must have a good driving record Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen

Responsibilities

The agent is responsible for finalizing customer rental reservations and providing exceptional customer service. Additional duties include managing inventory, performing callbacks, washing cars, and auditing paperwork.
