Company Overview Paradise Rental Boats are hiring to join our team! The Port Royale (est. 2006) - Port Royale Marina is our flagship location on Lake Lanier. Offering premier boating, rentals, and full-service amenities that create an unbeatable on-the-water experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: Boat Rental Dock Attendant Maintains clean, presentable rental boats and dock areas. Performs weekly safety checks on boats and equipment. Instructs guests on safe boat operation, onboard amenities, and required safety procedures. Gas Dock Coverage Assists boaters with docking for fuel, pump-outs, and gift shop visits. Guides vessels safely in and out of the dock to prevent congestion. Keeps fuel hoses properly stored and maintains a clean, organized, and safe gas dock. REQUIREMENTS: Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, climb, reach overhead, and work in confined spaces. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Must possess or obtain a Boater’s license. Must be able to swim. Must be available to work weekends and holidays, and willing to work 20–40 hours per week.
