You’ll inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to ensure safe, reliable performance for our customers. ✅ Position Requirements: • Must own proper tools to perform necessary repairs • High school diploma or GED required • Previous mechanic experience or military service highly valued • Strong understanding of diesel, electrical, and hydraulic systems • Ability to demonstrate technical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills ⭐ Strongly Preferred Experience: • Technical certificate or associate degree from an accredited program • Mechanic experience on heavy and light construction equipment • Experience servicing aerial and man lift equipment • Technical knowledge of hydraulic pumps, valves, and motors • Welding experience is a plus 🧰 Career Growth: Technician levels and compensation rates are determined by skill set, knowledge, and experience.
