Requirements 2+ years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or operations (car rental experience a plus) Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience) Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
