Aston Gate Real Estate — an international brokerage with roots in North America and now scaling aggressively in Dubai — is hiring Leasing Agents to join our Dubai Marina office.
We generate exclusive rental leads daily across Dubai’s prime communities (Dubai Marina, Downtown, Business Bay, JVC, Dubai Hills, Tilal Al Ghaf, Emirates Living, Springs, JGE, and more). We are seeking professionals who can execute with precision, deliver results, and grow with us.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate leasing experience (mandatory).
• Proven track record of closing rental transactions.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Must be organized, proactive, and presentable.
• RERA license preferred (or willingness to obtain).

• Manage the full leasing cycle: sourcing properties, marketing listings, and securing tenants.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancy agreements.
• Handle rental contracts, renewals, and RERA compliance documentation.
• Convert company-generated leads into closed deals with high efficiency.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Dubai rental market trends.
