Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the full rental process – from vehicle preparation and customer interactions to handling returns.
• Providing outstanding face-to-face customer service.
• Acting as a brand ambassador, promoting our products and services.
• Working towards sales and productivity targets to drive business success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous customer service experience – retail, hospitality, or similar industries are ideal.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional approach.
• A team player with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Flexibility – this role is annualised hours based, and no two days are the same.
• A full valid UK driving licence (manual and automatic) with at least 12 months of driving experience.
