Job Description To strengthen our existing team, we are recruiting a rental sales agent. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You welcome and advise our customers in order to meet their needs and offer them the best possible experience. You develop sales by offering our mobility products and services in a personalised way. You help our customers to get to grips with their vehicle. You also check our vehicles on customer departures and returns in order to guarantee a premium fleet. You are involved in the administrative management of our branch and the logistical management of our fleet. YOUR SKILLS COUNT Sales & service: you have experience in sales and service. You are results-oriented and do everything in your power to achieve your targets. You place a high priority on customer satisfaction by offering a premium service and an exceptional experience to every customer. Team spirit: you have a strong sense of team spirit and enjoy working as part of a team towards common goals. Driving licence: you hold a valid driving licence, you will be required to move vehicles for the operational needs of your branch. Languages: you are fluent in English to serve our international customers, a good command of Dutch or any other languages is a plus. Flexible working hours: you are available to work rolling shifts on a 38-hour/week contract. The opening hours of the Hoofddorp branch are Monday to Friday: 8am-4pm WHAT WE OFFER Attractive compensation package: a fixed monthly salary of €2727 + uncapped variable based on objectives, a travel allowance and a vacation bonus.
