Description
Develops and executes sales strategies tailored to the assigned branch/segment, identifying local market opportunities and adapting plans based on customer needs and competitor insights. Manages the complete sales cycle within the area /segment, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met while supporting tendering, forecasting, and contract negotiations. Builds and maintains strong relationships with area-based /segment customers and partners, serving as the primary contact to address needs and represent the company locally. Provides regular sales performance reports and market insights, monitors KPIs, and recommends improvements based on competitor activity and performance gaps. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, supports the development of sales staff through training and mentorship, and promotes a high-performance branch culture.
