ABOUT THE JOB

Enterprise Rent-A-Car is seeking a full-time Rental Sales Officer to join our Perth Airport team. The position will be part of a rotating roster which may include working evenings or weekends. Car rental experience is not required; any applicant with a customer service or retail sales background should apply!

Primary tasks include:

• Servicing the vehicle rental requirements of our valued customers
• Offering information and additional services based on the customers’ needs
• Taking bookings and communicating with customers via phone, email and in-person
• Checking and grooming of vehicles on return of rental
• Providing a high level of customer service
