ABOUT THE JOB

Enterprise Rent-A-Car is seeking full-time Rental Sales Officers to join our Sydney Airport team. The position will be part of a rotating roster which may include working evenings or weekends. Full training provided – no experience necessary! Applicants with enthusiasm, motivation, and a desire to work and learn are encouraged to apply and experience Enterprise.

Primary tasks include:

• Servicing the vehicle rental requirements of our valued customers
• Offering information and additional services based on the customers’ needs
• Taking bookings and communicating with customers via phone, email and in-person
• Checking of vehicles on return of rental
• Providing a high level of customer service
