Description Supervisor: Rental/Retail Shop Manager Department: Rental Shop Position Summary: Assists guests with rental equipment sizing, selection, adjustment & repair Job Relationships: Responsible to: Guests, Rental Shop Manager Employees Supervised: None Inter-Relations: Works closely with Rental Shop Manager, Ski & Snowboard School and Ticket Office to better serve our guests Duties and Responsibilities: Adjust bindings Instruct guests on equipment operation Repair guest and rental equipment Maintain a clean and safe working environment Additional duties may be assigned Requirements Qualifications: Certifications: Completion and passing all binding technician exams. Experience: None Other Requirements: Ability to relate in a positive manner to guests and co-workers Environmental Factor: Continuous lifting of items weighing 40 lbs. or more Exposure to possible hazards associated with machinery and tools Extended periods of binding adjustment (screwdriver turning) Extended periods of standing Guest facing position.
