Job Details Job Location: Skibowl West (Lift Operations, Rental Shop and Tickets) - Government Camp, OR 97028 Position Type: Full-Time Seasonal Job Shift: Day Job Summary The Ski and Board Technicians main function is to properly set-up the customer with proper equipment size and type they selected in a timely manner; while delivering a level of customer service that goes above and beyond their expectations. Essential Job Functions Greet and provide superior guest service at all times. Adjust ski and snowboard equipment according. Ensure all rental paperwork is filled out completely and accurately. Inspect equipment upon return and place in proper location. Educate the customer on the proper use of the equipment. Wax and maintain equipment. Return paperwork when appropriate. Organize and maintain a clean working environment in and around the rental shop. Accurately handle all assets and perform daily inventory checks. Snow Removal. Non-essential Job Functions Assist with boot fitting. Help out in other areas as needed. Requirements Must be18 years of age. Must be able to deal with high volumes of people in a friendly and courteous manner. Binding certification Do to the nature of this position, we are unable to accommodate color blind applicants. Have Salomon Binding certification or obtain before or on first day of work. Able to read and write in English. Able to work well with others in a team environment. Able to lift 40lbs over your head. Able to follow directions properly and in a timely manner. Able to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work Holidays and Weekends which may include evenings. Must be able to stand entire shift. Must be able to kneel or crouch. Qualifications
