Description Supervisor: Snowsports School Director Department: Snowsports School 1. Position Summary: Sell lessons, lesson packages, rentals, and tickets. Work with and guide customers through the lesson process prior, during and after lessons. Provide lesson information. Process and organize data. 2. Job Relationships: Responsible To: Guests, Snowsports School Director Employees Supervised: None Inter- Relationships: Work closely with Ticket Office Manager, Discovery Club Cashier, Snowsports School Supervisors, Daycare, Rental Shop and Instructors to better serve our guests. 3. Duties and Responsible: Sell lessons/packages, rentals, and lift tickets Communicate with school program coordinators Answer questions and phone calls with the most current/up-to-date information. Know the lesson programs Evaluate and place students in correct lesson class/program based upon their needs and ability. Be familiar with the Snow Report Stay informed about upcoming Events General resort information Keep accurate records/count Data Entry, Cash, Lessons/Visits Coordinate instructors to meet lesson needs Additional duties may be assigned Requirements Qualifications: Certification: None, although some knowledge of skiing and snowboarding is preferred Experience: Cash handling experience and computer experience required. 10-Key and phone skills preferred.
