KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Facilities Management
Minimum 2-3 years’ UAE experience working in the facilities management industry.
Strong communication skills with a proven track record in client-facing roles.
Market knowledge of the Maintenance and Events industry across the UAE.
Excellent command of MS Office applications
Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Additional language is an asset.
Valid UAE driving license.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Rental Specialist with UAE experience in Facilities Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth through strategic rental solutions, and overseeing key client accounts to ensure long-term relationships.
Reporting to: Commercial Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Grow the revenue contribution from the Maintenance (FM) and Events segment.
Implement fixed rate agreements across key industry accounts in Maintenance (FM) & Events.
Manage own rental performance based on a set of agreed KPIs and targets.
Gather, analyze and anticipate customer needs, market developments and
opportunities.
Provide accurate, timely and complete management information, including but not
limited to previous rental and forecasted rental.
Work cross-functionally with all the internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain up-to-date commercial skills, market and product knowledge.
Follow up on payments and debtors in coordination with the Credit Control Department.
