RED Mountain Resort is now hiring Rental Technicians for the 2025/26 Winter Season! This position is responsible for outfitting guests with rental equipment appropriate for their skier/boarder type and skill level, with a mandate to provide as safe a guest experience as possible and create a fun and positive environment.

EDUCATION

• High School diploma
• Post secondary education an asset

EXPERIENCE

• Binding certification required (training provided).
• Ski and/or snowboard product knowledge
• Knowledge of Red Mountain Resort and its history an asset
• Knowledge of Rossland and its history an asset
• Customer service experience required
• Cash handling and POS transaction processing required
• Rental shop experience required

PHYSICAL AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Able to negotiate stairs
• Able to lift heavy ski and snowboard equipment up to and down from racking systems and benches
• Able to adjust ski and snowboard equipment
• Able to be on feet for entire shift
