Position Summary: As a Rental Warehouse Storeperson, you'll be the driving force behind keeping our merchandise stock flowing. In this dynamic environment, you'll put your physical strength to good use, loading, unloading, and managing stock across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Manage the storage and movement of rental equipment across multiple locations Maintain clear communication and assist rental departments in determining the stock needs of each location, and ensure that all locations are stocked Pick up all returned rental equipment from various locations Carry out our extensive stocktake of equipment as required Maintain a safe and clean work environment Assist with shipping and receiving, and unloading of delivery trucks Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment Work as a team and assist other departments when required Perform other related duties as assigned Assist the rental teams with in-store gear restocks and returns What you need to succeed: Comfortable lifting and moving heavy gear all day Valid driver's licence (multi-location pickups are core to the role) Organised and detail-oriented for stocktakes and inventory tracking Clear communicator, you'll be liaising with rental teams across locations Team player who's happy to help out wherever needed Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable with a varied day Forklift or warehouse vehicle experience highly desirable The Perks and Benefits As a Rhythm employee, you will be shown the same hospitality that we give our customers.
