About the role In this diverse role, you will be responsible for supporting the rental and logistic operations across Auckland and Whangarei. Your main focus will be supporting the sales team strengthen our relationships with our customers and grow our Lift Truck Rental, Sales & Service market share by providing day to day scheduling of Transport and forklift Rentals. The integral part that you will play in this process is to plan, coordinate and manage the day-to-day deliveries & collections of all New, Used, Rental, Trade in and service units. Your operational expertise and ability to think outside the square where needed will be essential in this role as will your ability to work well with different stakeholders across the business. You will be key in coordinating different transport options for our large machine fleet while ensuring the required administrative agreements and documentation is completed correctly. Responsibilities Assist in the coordination of transport for delivery and/or collection of all purchased and rental Lift Trucks in the Auckland and Whangarei regions Ensure all rental lift trucks are correctly tagged and meet customers expectation around delivery and quality Ensure all lift trucks are scheduled in advance while working with the service team to meet expectation of quality Collaborate with all departments to proactively plan the transportation schedule Create and process dockets for all lift trucks ensuring the accuracy of information Stocktaking and asset control About you Ideally, we're looking for someone with operational administration experience, in warehousing, the equipment hire industry, distribution or logistics. You'll have excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to communicate with our customers, technicians and Service Managers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential as is possessing fast, accurate data entry skills and attention to detail. With your professional attitude, solutions-focused mindset and strong focus on providing great customer outcomes, you'll work collaboratively and supportively with the team.
