POSITION SUMMARY

The Rental & Retail Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the Rental Shop, Retail and Town Stores, Online Retail, Staff Scheduling and Guest Services. This position plays a key leadership role in staff supervision, customer service excellence, inventory management, and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Rental & Retail Manager and Director of Skiing, the Supervisor ensures alignment with departmental goals and service standards.

GUEST EXPERIENCE & SALES PERFORMANCE

• Maintain high service standards and model exemplary guest interactions
• Support the team in resolving guest concerns and troubleshooting transactions or bookings
• Monitor sales performance

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, rentals, or hospitality (required)
• Post-secondary education in business, tourism, or related field (asset)
• Proficient in POS systems such as RTP, Inntopia, Aspenwear, or similar platforms
• Experience with inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales analysis
• Ski/snowboard equipment knowledge and rental operations experience (required)
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and team communication platforms
