Role Overview The Rents Advisor is responsible for conducting annual and ad hoc rent assessments, working with residents and staff to ensure an accurate rent is charged for each tenancy. Position: Rents Advisor Reporting to: Rent Assessment Team Leader Location: Dublin - Hybrid Contract type: Fixed Term until 31st December 2026 Salary: €32,584 to €44,803 (DOE) Key Responsibilities Rent and Service Charge Calculations Policy and Procedure Rent Assessment Performance Administrative Support and Customer Service Collaborative Working Rent and Service Charge Calculations Support the Rent Assessment Team Leader to coordinate the annual rent and service charge assessment process for all tenure types, in line with policy and procedures. Process ad-hoc rent assessments as required throughout the year for new tenancies, transfers, changes in circumstances, and other rent-related queries. Ensure residents receive appropriate advice and guidance regarding benefits and welfare entitlements. Policy and Procedure Under the direction of the Rent Assessment Team Leader, work as required to review and improve any policy, process and/or procedures in relation to rent and service charge assessments. Rent Assessment Performance Support the Rent Assessment Team Leader as required in collating information to monitor and report on rent and service charge assessment performance. Administrative Support and Customer Service Where required, contact residents about their rent assessment via various methods of communication, including but not limited to phone calls, emails and letter. Undertaken any other duties as required that are consistent with your role. Where required, support other administrative functions within Operations. Collaborative Working Collaborate with colleagues across Operations to drive operational excellence and achieve shared outcomes for individuals and communities. Work with internal and external stakeholders as required.
