A DAY IN THE LIFE In this role, you will… · Review documentation to insure the marketable title · Communicate extensively with client, broker, Asset Management Company, Sellers Agent, Buyers Agent, and internal staff to facilitate all deed issues in a timely manner · Interact with buyers if necessary · Order, review or prepare deeds according to guidelines · Communicate with management and the client WHO YOU ARE You possess … · Organizational skills · Customer Service Skills · Advanced computer skills and you are proficient in the Microsoft Software products · Good communication skills with the ability to communicate and work well with others Responsibilities · Contact PAS (Seller) for POA availability, recording information, original · Order Deed CWCOT thru Rosenberg, ANA Deeds, Shapiro and Buckley and title management · Deed receipt, status in system and scan to appropriate system · Maintain open communication with management and clients · Attend and participate in weekly team meetings and one-on-ones · All other duties as assigned Qualifications · High School diploma or equivalent required · Proven customer service skills · Must be able to use and have advanced computer skills and be proficient in the Microsoft software products.
