JOB TITLE: Rep Services Representative - Champ Jewelry Location: Santiago - On site Schedule: 9:00 m - 6:00 pm / 10:00 am - 7:00 pm DLS   The primary responsibility of this role is to manage all phone and written communications with field sales representatives regarding account setup (new accounts and product offerings), ongoing account maintenance, and day-to-day tasks, including warranty-related issues. The role also involves providing sales training as necessary.   RESPONSIBILITIES: * Handle all phone and written communications with field sales reps concerning account set-up (new accounts and product offerings) and maintenance as well as day-to-day activities including warranty issues.  Also provides sales training as necessary. * Interface with manufacturing plants and other support groups to resolve work-in-process issues and customer inquiries. * Gather and disperse information to sales force, sales management and plants on orders, repairs, and delivery events. * Communicate special handling of orders and accounts to office and plant personnel.  Includes monitoring of sales reservation system. * Team participation and responsibilities including cross-functional coverage. * Interact with Product and Marketing Specialists to ensure the best solution for the customer’s needs.   The ideal candidate for this position will have: * Required:   * High school diploma or equivalent. * Three years of diversified customer service experience or sales support experience. * Experience with financial reporting and credit reviews. * Fully bilingual English/Spanish * Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, (with an emphasis on Excel), Oracle, MS Project.   * Preferred:   * 3 years Jostens experience preferred * 1-year Order Processing experience preferred * 1-year General Office experience preferred Preferred: * 3 years Jostens experience preferred * 1-year Order Processing experience preferred * 1-year General Office experience preferred
