The role also involves providing sales training as necessary.     RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:    Item Responsibility/Function %Time 1 Handle all phone and written communications with field sales reps concerning account set-up (new accounts and product offerings) and maintenance as well as day-to-day activities including warranty issues.  Also provides sales training as necessary.   2 Interface with manufacturing plants and other support groups to resolve work-in-process issues and customer inquiries.   3 Gather and disperse information to sales force, sales management and plants on orders, repairs, and delivery events.   4 Communicate special handling of orders and accounts to office and plant personnel.  Includes monitoring of sales reservation system.   5 Team participation and responsibilities including cross-functional coverage.   6 Interact with Product and Marketing Specialists to ensure the best solution for the customer’s needs.     Required:   * High school diploma or equivalent. * Three years of diversified customer service experience or sales support experience. * Experience with financial reporting and credit reviews. * Fully bilingual English/Spanish * Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, (with an emphasis on Excel), Oracle, MS Project.     Preferred:   * 3 years Jostens experience preferred * 1-year Order Processing experience preferred * 1-year General Office experience preferred   Benefits: * Weekly Payment * Law medical insurance and AFP * Complementary Medical Insurance * Life Insurance * 2 way free Transportation  * Internal Bank * Credit in pharmacy and optic center * Referral Program * Growth Opportunities
