This is a unique opportunity to join an amazing team of professionals in one of the most exciting and evolving industries around. The Repack Associate will report directly to the Director of Repack and will be positioned on-site at WeTheHobby Headquarters in Rochester, NY. This is full-time position scheduled to work Wednesday - Sunday. Requirements Research emerging and high-performing players in baseball, basketball, and football to inform card selection Assist in the creation of custom repack products through both digital systems and hands-on sorting Collaborate with Procurement and Repack teams to maintain optimal inventory levels Occasionally attend weekend card shows to procure new inventory assets Input, track, and adjust card data across internal spreadsheets and inventory systems Support the Director of Repack in various operational tasks as needed What We're Looking For: Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Effective communicator with the ability to follow direction and work independently Solid knowledge of major U.S. sports (MLB, NBA, NFL) and current player performance trends Familiarity with third-party grading companies and card valuation Experience in the sports card hobby as a collector, dealer, or industry professional (3–5 years preferred but not required) In accordance with applicable Federal and State laws, the anticipated hourly wage for this position based upon location in Rochester, NY and experience is $22.00. To comply with Federal law, WeTheHobby participates in E-Verify. Responsibilities

The Repack Associate is responsible for maintaining card inventory levels and researching high-performing athletes to inform product selection. They will assist in creating custom repack products and tracking card data across internal systems.
