Responsibilities

TEAM/ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Repack product is a key product segment for Citi’s Issuer Services business. We focus on the execution and implementation of repack programmes and issuances for clients on a global basis. Issuer Services is part of Citi’s Securities Services division which provides global institutional clients with a wide range of product solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Execute and manage client transactions through review, negotiation and execution of relevant documentation in relation to Repack transactions e.g. pricing supplements, agency agreements, account bank agreements, custody agreements and pledge documentation.
  • Manage a portfolio of transactions and act as a focal point for allocated clients.
  • Ensure accurate set-up and maintenance of transactions including cash and custody account opening and the establishment of internet banking arrangements.
  • Ensure all appropriate approvals are in place prior to deal closure including KYC, Deal Review, sanctions screening and other approvals.
  • Liaise with Operations teams regarding the implementation of new transactions as required.
  • Participate in Deal Review meetings as appropriate.
  • Build and develop internal and external client relationships and provide support to Sales on new business prospects as required.
  • Ensure revenue generation via accurate invoicing.
  • Support Team Lead on ad hoc projects where necessary.
