Job Title Repair Center Order Management Intern Job Description 主要工作职责 · 查找SAP内历史WO作为RMA# 提供给国外客户,以供对方释放维修订单。 · 检查订单信息是否与当前维修中心的维修信息一致(料号、金额、序列号)。 · 检查国外的货运单据:如错误通知客户纠正后授权对方发货;如正确直接上传至双叶系统。 · SAP内创建收、发货DN以供仓库做账;维护订单预计交期。 · 双叶系统内上传订单基础信息并及时更改订单实时状态。 · 客户每周VOB信息表回复。 · 错误来料退运安排。 · 安排并跟踪国内供应商外发覆膜,提交Ariba PR纸档申请。 · 汇总以上操作形成纸档WI守则。 · 完成维修中心计划安排的其他工作。 岗位要求 · 工作时间:持续3个月以上,每周至少3-4天 · 具备快速学习能力、执行力强、责任心强、逻辑思维严谨、中英文沟通能力良好 · 优先条件: - 熟练使用办公软件者优先(SAP, Excel, Word, PPT) - 物流、供应链管理、电子商务、项目管理专业优先 - 有实习经验者优先 At Philips, we believe that every human matters. Responsibilities
The intern will manage order information and ensure consistency with repair center data, including checking shipping documents and creating delivery notes in SAP. Additional tasks include responding to customer inquiries and coordinating with suppliers.
