Based in Belconnen, this full time, permanent role will see you lead from the front ensuring yours and, your teams’ ultimate success.
Responsibilities
Organise team and workflow through production
Ensure quality repair is completed to scope within time frame
Coach and develop team to improve capability and productivity
Check repair is completed correctly at each stage of repair and complete final sign off of QA
Ensure the site is kept clean and safe at all times.
Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
