This role serves as the central point of contact between customers, technicians, and internal teams, coordinating logistics, documentation, and communication related to repair operations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (The following duties and responsibilities are all essential job functions, as defined by the ADA, except for those that begin with the word "may.") Receive and process repair requests, ensuring accurate documentation and timely response. Coordinate repair schedules with technicians, service teams, and external vendors. Track repair progress and update internal systems with status changes and completion details. Communicate with customers regarding repair timelines, updates, and issue resolution. Maintain records of repair history, parts usage, and service outcomes. Collaborate with inventory and procurement teams to ensure availability of required parts and materials. Generate reports on repair metrics, turnaround times, and service performance. Support warranty claims and ensure compliance with service agreements and policies. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance repair efficiency and customer experience. Perform other related duties as assigned to assist with successful platform operation, development, and business continuity. Qualifications POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Successfully passes all applicable general pre-employment testing including but not limited to: background check, pre-employment drug screening, pre-employment fit tests, pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s). Possess a valid U.S. Driver's License. Employment is contingent upon meeting company driving standards, including an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with Company policy. Daily in-person, predictable attendance. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE LEVEL High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred. 2+ years of experience in service coordination, repair operations, or administrative support required. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, AND ABILITIES Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in service management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a technical or manufacturing environment preferred. Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems preferred. Basic understanding of repair workflows and parts management preferred. While in the office, the Repair Coordinator may be called upon to stand, kneel, push, pull, reach overhead, stoop, crouch, climb, and lift; therefore, the Repair Coordinator should be able to lift 25 lbs. independently. Work hours may include early morning, late evenings, and weekends, depending on business necessity.
