Blue Aerospace, a HEICO subsidiary, located in Tamarac, FL is seeking a Repairs Coordinator. We are a Global Supply Chain Provider, and an industry leader in the provisioning of a wide range of innovative services and support concepts to military end users and their maintenance partners worldwide. We focus on the aftermarket support of platforms and systems, working closely with customers and OEMs, and often investing on their behalf in inventories, and support methodologies, allowing for their continued mission-readiness.   This position will work within the Repair Department coordinating repair orders to ensure timely turnaround and maintain a high level of customer service to our customers. Job duties for the position include:   · Coordinate repair orders and ensure timely turnaround. · Maintain open and closed repair order files. · Ensure proper documentation is kept on file for each order. · Track and expedite repair orders. · Responsible for vendor pre-approval process. · Establish and maintain regular contact with customer base. · Transfer supplier quotes to ERP system. · All other duties as assigned by Manager. Qualifications Previous experience in the aviation industry. Previous knowledge of Quantum a plus. Must be able to multi-task. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Must have problem solving skills, be self-motivated and organized.  Basic knowledge of applicable Federal Aviation Regulations  EOE/Vets/Disability
