Job Description 根据客户维修方案要求和相关设计规范，进行油缸维修报价方案设计、合理安排加工工艺；Carry out cylinder quotation BOM and routing process, concept and detailed design according to customer requirements and relevant design specifications; 和客户保持沟通，了解客户现场使用工况，支持销售做好维修报价前期的技术沟通；Keep communicate with customer for products condition, support sales for pre-project stage; 维修设计方案应满足经济合理性，减少新制件，应修尽修，配合销售完成22天内的合同报价；The design scheme should be meet the economic rationality, fulfill less than 22days quotation service strategy. 保持和供应商的沟通，及时解决供应商加工过程中的问题；Keep communicate with supplier on site, provide solution in time; 参与CIP项目（维修设计流程、标准化维修方案等）；Participate in CIP projects (design process, repair solution standardization, etc.); 其他临时性工作；Other temporary work. Responsibilities

Design cylinder repair quotation schemes and routing processes based on customer requirements and design specifications. Coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure technical feasibility and economic rationality of repair solutions.
