Estimate, Quotation, Parts purchasing.On-site repairs if necessaryTechnical support to customer Customer’s complaint handling and troubleshootingTools maintain and environment clean in Cleanroom.Failure analysis for warranty cases, and makes reports.Support to Service Manager’s daily work Other jobs assigned by service manager.
