Qualifications QUALIFICATION STANDARDS: EDUCATION AND SKILLS High school, Vocational or Technical school graduate Ability to speak English and Spanish Computer knowledge (windows platform) EXPERIENCE Required experience in maintenance trades, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry. At least five to six years of progressive experience in hotel or related field required. Some hospitality experience preferred.
