The Safety & Sanitation Team Member plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for guests and staff at The Wharf Fish & Oyster Company. This position ensures that all health and safety standards are met, contributing to a high-quality dining experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to upholding cleanliness and safety in all areas of the restaurant.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a busser, safety, sanitation, or janitorial role preferred.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume restaurant or food service environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks.
• Must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including local health department standards.
