Description We are seeking a highly motivated, professional, and detail-oriented Collision Repair Planner (ESTIMATOR) to join our team. This position is a critical role inside of the shop and will be writing the repair plan of each vehicle. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator — both verbally and in writing — who thrives in a fast-paced setting, is tech-savvy, and is eager to grow their career within a dynamic company. Write repair plans based upon OEM procedures. Communicate repair updates clearly to Collision Repair Advisors. Support the management team with administrative tasks, data entry, and documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment. Assist with filing insurance claims and coordinating with adjusters. Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward professional development and career advancement opportunities. Source Parts for repairs in-process. Manage production workflow for all cars in-process. Coordinate Sublet any necessary sublet repairs. Qualifications: Proven experience in the front office, customer service, or administrative role (automotive or body shop experience a plus but not required). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Professional appearance and demeanor. Minimum of 5 years of Collision estimating experience. Self-driven, motivated, and eager to grow within the company. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns effectively. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a strong understanding of how to use technology, including email systems, CRM platforms, and other digital communication tools.
