QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Located on the iconic street, Sendlinger Straße, your office will be in our Flagship Store in Germany. With over four hundred square meters spanning over two floors, it has been recognized by both customers and experts as a unique and inspirational retail space. Our repair center is an instrumental part of the overall customer experience as it shows Norrøna’s commitment to keeping their products in use. The role is also part of a broader network of Repair Responsibles in Flagship Stores across Oslo and Stockholm, and soon in the US. You will also be working with the HQ repair team in Oslo.
We are looking for a skilled Repair Responsible to give the best possible service to our customers in our Munich Flagship, but also throughout the country as repairs are being sent to the store from all over Germany. You will act as our main point of contact for our customers and be in charge of repairing Norrøna products as well as providing advice on DIY repair tips and product care.
