Job Description Ensure that all routine repairs and maintenance work in the hotel building is carried out efficiently and effectively Perform and supervise plumbing, painting, carpentry and light electrical repair and restoration work in this position. Repair or replace all types of tiles, floor coverings and wallpapers, if necessary. Repair or replace windows, doors and locks. Repair or replace decorative electrical equipment, cables, light bulbs, electrical sockets. Carry out plaster repair work on walls, carry out periodic painting work. Carry out general plumbing repairs, replace silicone seals. Repair and replace damaged shelving and furniture as necessary. Perform engineering-related guest room related requirements. Additionally, be responsible for performing maintenance and repair work for guest rooms and public areas in accordance with hotel policies and procedures Ensure proper use and maintenance of all necessary equipment and work tools provided. Follow the rules for handling and storing permanent and portable (small in size, suitable for transportation) supplies required for the job; Work closely with other employees to ensure that all work is completed in a timely and professional manner Communicate professionally and courteously with both employees and customers Perform hotel renovation work in accordance with instructions given by management Be aware of new technologies and products available in the department Qualifications - At least 3 years of relevant experience -Graduated from a technical school related to mechanical/refrigeration/steam generator/heating and air conditioning system/plumbing field or a certain vocational education - Have general mechanical skills in plumbing, carpentry, and general technical equipment - Fluent Azerbaijani language -English and Russian (desirable) - Ability and responsibility to independently complete any assigned task without supervision - Relevant technical equipment experience - Ability to work in a team - Willingness to continuously develop and learn - Accuracy in work and ability to pay attention to details; Additional Information Your team and working environment: In 1-2 sentences, introduce the team, property or office environment in a way that reflects the culture Note: Customization may be included for any specific local or legislative requirements, such as work permits Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
