Description Arctic Cat is a leader in the powersports industry. Arctic Cat markets its Snowmobile, ATV and SXS products through a network of independent dealers located throughout the United States and Canada and through distributors representing dealers in Europe, South America, the Middle East, Asia and other international markets. Responsibilities: Perform repairs and accurately document all repair information on production vehicles to ensure the highest quality and customer satisfaction. Ability to install, repair, and replace any and all combinations of parts for all models of specified product line-up, maintaining an efficient workflow with minimal supervision. Develop optimal repair and replacement solutions for all combinations of components on all models for specified product line-ups, using automation equipment to program and reprogram vehicle systems. Perform comprehensive Diagnostics and Troubleshooting for all mechanical systems to determine repairs required. Identify the root cause of non-conformance and effectively communicate diagnostic and repair information to stakeholders. Perform Quality testing, validation of all repairs, and verification of vehicle function at completion, including comprehensive vehicle quality audit. Ability to set and operate DC tools and Tools Net software in addition to all other hand, power, and pneumatic tools required to perform repairs. Flexibility to perform all repairs on dynamic production lines as well as static repairs and rework in rework settings. Ability to safely repackage vehicles, maintaining the integrity of crating and avoiding secondary damage. Contributes to a culture of respect, dignity and inclusion, where everyone, feels heard and understood, empowered and valued. Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to years of experience, qualifications, and special technical skills.
