OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

We are looking for a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. This role focuses on servicing heavy machinery, performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs both in the workshop and on-site. The goal is to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Handle removal, installation, diagnostics, and repairs of mechanical systems including engines and transmissions.
  • Maintain professionalism with zero customer complaints.
  • Adapt to changing conditions and promote teamwork.
  • Manage time efficiently and ensure accurate documentation according to ISO standards.
  • Key performance metrics include vehicle downtime and labor sales reports.
