REQUIRED SKILLS TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Technical diploma or certificate in mechanical, electrical, or automotive engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and proficiency with mechanical components.
• Familiarity with hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Effective communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Valid driving license and willingness to work in varied environments.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

We are looking for a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. This role focuses on servicing heavy machinery, performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs both in the workshop and on-site. The goal is to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Handle removal, installation, diagnostics, and repairs of mechanical systems including engines and transmissions.
• Maintain professionalism with zero customer complaints.
• Adapt to changing conditions and promote teamwork.
• Manage time efficiently and ensure accurate documentation according to ISO standards.
• Key performance metrics include vehicle downtime and labor sales reports.

WHAT EQUIPS YOU FOR THE ROLE:
