OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a technical background and a passion for problem-solving. As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various equipment and machinery, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining high standards of service and customer satisfaction. We would prefer a candidate with a musical background, such as experience with DJing or music production, or activities related to this - or a technical background of being able to diagnose problems.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience as a Repair Technician or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in repair or maintenance fields are advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose faults in equipment and machinery using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, and electronic components as required.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
  • Document repair processes and maintain accurate records of work completed.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and efficiency.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance needs.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to repair work.
  • General office activities - as a small company we work as a team to ensure our work environment is kept in top condition, this includes assistance with customers, incoming deliveries and inventory checks.
