JOB DESCRIPTION:

The ideal candidate will have experience with small engine repair, be comfortable using hand tools and a multimeter, be able to follow schematics and detailed repair instructions. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work well in both a team environment and independently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in small engine, tool, equipment repair or related field preferred
• Ability to use a multimeter for electrical diagnostics
• Ability to read and follow technical schematics, repair manuals, and instructions
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality work
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on small tools
• Use multimeters and other diagnostic tools to assess and repair electrical and mechanical issues
• Follow repair schematics and manuals for accurate problem-solving and efficient repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
• Keep track of parts inventory and collaborate to order replacement parts as necessary
• Ensure safety protocols are followed while performing repairs
• Take initiative to learn new techniques and stay updated with industry best practices
