Title: Repair Technician Location: Cairo, Egypt, Office Sample intro for the business We are seeking a technically skilled and motivated ATM Repair Technician to support the repair and maintenance of ATM modules and associated equipment. The successful candidate will contribute to operational reliability by ensuring equipment operates at optimal performance levels while promoting a team-first culture and continuous improvement mindset. Position Summary The ATM Repair Technician is responsible for assessing, repairing, and maintaining ATM modules and electronic equipment in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. This role involves hands-on technical repair work, equipment testing, and collaboration with team members to support operational efficiency. The technician is expected to work both independently and collaboratively, follow standard operating procedures precisely, and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance repair processes and outcomes. Key Areas of Responsibility Assessing, diagnosing, and repairing ATM modules and electronic equipment to ensure optimal functionality Following standard work instructions and standard operating procedures accurately and consistently Replacing defective computer components and related electronic assemblies Operating tools and testing equipment safely and effectively during repair activities Working independently with minimal supervision while contributing positively to a team environment Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and perform other job-related duties as assigned Basic Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field Demonstrated ability to safely operate hand tools and basic technical equipment Foundational understanding of electronic systems and repair principles Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working on computers, ATM systems, or electronic assemblies Exposure to repair, testing, or maintenance within a technical or manufacturing environment Hands-on experience with troubleshooting electronic or electromechanical components #LI-GA1 Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
