JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing and repairing a variety of laptop hardware and software issues. You will be responsible for performing repairs, upgrades, and maintenance on laptops, ensuring high-quality service delivery to our customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Laptop Repair Technician or similar role.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and repairing laptop hardware and software issues.
  • Strong knowledge of laptop components and peripherals.
  • Must be a people-person, and enforce a customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service and support.
  • Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Experience with soldering and component-level repairs is a plus.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to sell technical products or services, build relationships with customers, and close sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an accessible manner.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in Naga City.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose hardware and software issues on laptops, including but not limited to: screen replacements, keyboard replacements, motherboard repairs, etc.
  • Engage with customers to understand their technical needs and requirements.
  • Provide detailed explanations of products, services, and technical specifications.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, explaining features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and product configurations based on customer requirements.
  • Address technical questions during product demos and provide expert advice to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform component-level repairs and soldering as needed.
  • Install and upgrade laptop hardware components (e.g., RAM, SSD, HDD).
  • Install and configure operating systems and software applications.
  • Perform data backup and recovery operations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
  • Maintain accurate repair records and documentation.
  • Test repaired laptops to ensure proper functionality and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
