REPAIRS OFFICER (MAINTENANCE SURVEYOR) – HAMPSHIRE / SUSSEX BORDER
Salary: £41,725 per annum (full time)
Location: Mobile / Home based (with regular travel across the Hampshire / Sussex border and visits to the Great Dunmow office as required)
Hours: Full time (35 hours)

ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an opportunity for a full time Repairs Officer to join our Property Service (Asset) Team. The successful candidate will work closely with our contact centre, property services admin team and our external contractors. They will be expected to provide excellent customer service to our residents, while ensuring Hastoe maintains and repairs its properties economically and in accordance with the legal requirements.
THIS ROLE OFFERS STRONG SCOPE FOR CAREER PROGRESSION, WITH HASTOE WILLING TO SUPPORT THE CANDIDATE ON THE PATHWAY TO BECOMING AN ASSOCIATE MEMBER OF THE ROYAL INSTITUTION OF CHARTERED SURVEYORS (RICS).
This position is principally to cover the South of England area. Ideally applicants would be based along the A3 corridor for ease of travel between our properties.
