EMERGENCY SCHEDULER – JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Emergency Scheduler to coordinate time-sensitive maintenance and repair appointments for our team of skilled technicians. In this critical role, you will serve as the central hub for scheduling operations, ensuring that urgent client needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Appointment Coordination: Schedule and manage maintenance and emergency repair appointments based on urgency levels, and resource availability.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients—confirming appointments, providing updates, and addressing scheduling inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
  • Resource Allocation: Strategically assign technicians, tools, and equipment to maximize efficiency and meet time-critical demands.
  • Emergency Response: Prioritize and rapidly schedule emergency call out requests to minimize client downtime and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all appointments, technician assignments, and client interactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with technicians, contractors, and management to align scheduling with project priorities and operational goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Quickly resolve scheduling conflicts or unexpected changes, offering alternative solutions to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track technician performance and schedule adherence to identify opportunities for workflow improvement and enhanced service delivery.
    Hours: 8-5 or 9-6.
