We are looking for hardworking, safety-focused Repairs Operatives to join our growing team based out of Selkirk. The Role As a Repairs Operative, you'll be responsible for carrying out a variety of repair works safely and efficiently across a range of infrastructure projects. You’ll help deliver projects to the highest standards while ensuring safety remains the top priority. This is a physically demanding, site-based role that includes routine confined space working and regular travel across Scotland and the UK. What you'll be doing What You'll Be Doing - Carrying out concrete repairs, structural repairs, coatings and linings, pipework, civils and groundwork activities. - Working safely in accordance with approved RAMS and method statements. - Setting up and maintaining safe working areas, including barriers, signage and access equipment. - Mixing, applying and finishing repair materials to manufacturer specifications. - Using hand tools, power tools and small plant safely and correctly. - Completing pre-use equipment inspections and reporting defects. - Maintaining clean, safe and organised work areas. - Working collaboratively with Site Supervisors and fellow operatives to deliver projects on time and to a high standard. Who we’re looking for What We're Looking For Essential Experience working within construction, infrastructure, utilities or engineering. Experience using hand and power tools. Ability to work at height safely and in confined spaces Full UK Driving Licence.
